Who’s Behind The Hockey Strength Coach?

Hi, I'm Coach Cody

With over 20 years of experience in elite sport, I’ve played professional and semi-professional field hockey across four countries and represented my nation at the World Cup level. My career has taken me from international fields to the gym floor—helping athletes perform at their peak and stay in the game longer.


I’ve worked with international teams and individual players, helping multiple athletes become World Cup gold medallists and reach the highest levels of competition. Now, my focus is on using that same proven system to help hockey players—whether you’re competing nationally or just trying to stay sharp on the weekends—move better, play harder, and feel bulletproof.


That’s why I created The Hockey Strength Coach. It’s not just a training system—it’s a performance standard for hockey players who want to keep showing up at their best, year after year.
